Dhcp for internal camera ip is really odd as it duplicates addresses. Assigning a static ip to the lan nic was impossible.

This is an excellent ndr it works with no issues i would recommend it in some circumstances
The hikvision cameras setup easily and are configured pretty easily in the nvr
There are alot of features to play with in this nvr
It is 10 degrees and a snow storm and the cameras are still recording and doing fine

After lots of research bought this unit to replace a ktc model with same features and capabilities
I bought this nvr to hookup with other cameras not of the hikvision brand
The other brand took some messing with to get to work

I purchased a product from them precovid i could not get an installer to come to the house and install the equipment when i did the equipment did not work i tried to return it and it was outside the return policy window i bought a new unit and sent the old one back to get repaired when i tried to return the new unit i purchased they would not except it because it was outside the 30 day window so now i have two units and i only need one
