Great company, great seller, great product. Overall 4/5. That's all that matters. Works fine. It's an excellent product.
Cons
Compared to my old one, it is a bit shoddy. Overall it's a lot poorer quality than i expected. Stick with chessex for quality. It is much thinner and feels cheaper.
The lines that make up the grids are uneven in thickness. The ink is uneven with areas where the grid is much darker than other. The grid looks like it was slightly folded upon printing causing lines to skip in an area and more ink sputtered. The grid... Read More
The mat is smeared, uneven in cut and printing. The beige color of the mat, along with the reddish lines used for squares/hexes make this unholy combination of colors. Also it is not as vivid/bright with the markers as i thought it would be.
It smudges within 15 mins of application. To say that these are not 100% erasable is the equivalent of saying that a nuclear bomb may do some damage to some types of foliage. The pictures are after scrubbing it.

Excellent quality in most regards sturdy cleanly marked and nearwhite so even light dry or wet erase show up easily

The first thing i noticed about the mat is that it was shipped as a roll not folded and flat

One note the instructioncare manual is wrapped around the roll itself probably to integrate the paper keeping the roll tight during shipping and save money so i accidentally tore it apart thinking it was just random paper

There was a series of defects also g the edges of this product but when i requested a replacement all they asked for were pictures and an address to send the replacement to

The writing comes right off even after days

The ink can be a little stubborn but the leftover residue just takes some after game care to get rid of completely but it always comes off and in the meantime it doesnt change the legibility of maps

I play on an octagonal poker table with it and the corners dont really fit in the center so they have been draped into the card wells where our group usually rolls dice place cups and other things that could really stress the corners and edges yet theyve stood up through the years
