It could easily come off if one was to pull on it for example

When i hung my pots and pans on it it developed about 14 sag even without weight in the middle

Ive taken everything off and tightened it several times till it can no longer be tightened and its straight again and as soon as i replace the pots and pans it sags

Note the bar came in 3 sections that screwed into each other and then the wall base
