Because other supposid ergo hooks are not soft to hold their hard plastic the handles are short and just uncomfortable

Case is well made and sturdy and i did not have trouble with the button falling off as some have noted in previous comments

The button fell off my case the very next day and one of the hooks rubberized handles had a tear in it
