I made this purchase so that when i go see my grandson play football or go to my other grandsons games i would be able to view it clearly as sometimes we are sitting quite a distance away i can honestly say that with this i was able to see clearly and also lent it to people sitting besides us as they were interested in it we were able to actually see the prices of gas from quite a distance away and seen it clear this us a great item to help with seeing far away you can also use it to bird watch
