Pros

This is safe and works very well. Tried many different things for my psoriasis. Seems to have made a difference. This product works.

This stuff helps the scaling come off easier and my redness has lessened.

Sheffeld's psoriasis medicated moisturizing cream is the only cream our friend can use. This is not an ointment, so there is no oily feel not does it stain your clothes.

This cream works better than the pricey cream prescribed by his dermatologist. I’m a diabetic and i get a really bad and * looking flare up around my neck and collarbone.

Cons

Main ingredient, salicylic acid, is not. Look for the chinese creams that are offered on amazon. It's a cheaply made and it don't work at all. Then my elbow goes back to looking dry and cracked.
