Pros
It provides organization where and convenience when choosing the perfect earring every day. The only reason i didn't give 5 starts is because the holes were not really counted right.
The only hiccup for me is i couldn't quite figure out how to put it together and there are no directions. It is sturdy enough, and for the price, i would recommend it.
It also has space to hold necklaces + bracelets in the center.

You kind of expect an even count in each section so that you can hang each earring pair next to each other but in some sections there were odd numbers
