Pros
Power surge protector protects cooling equipment from power surges. Works great on a rural electric coop.
Every thing you buy today has electronics, micro switches, leds. Nothing lasts forever, but 4 years of protection saves you a lot of money and precious equipment. But they are still so worth it because i don't have to keep repairing my fridges.
Cons
Quality seems very low and provided a frustrating experience for its excruciatingly performance. No warranty for the product (nothing listed on the packaging) and no protection guarantee.

Lost an expensive power amp to low voltage as most protection devices only look for over voltage

Or freezer and for dishwasher had to add a short onefoot extension cord so lights would show and conditions warranted a placement other than in existing plugperhaps the vendor should offer the same with a twofoot or more extended plug cord

A power failure killed my fridge’s compresor i repaired it and as not to happen any more i purchased this product to protect it in case there were more power failures and a violent come back of this latter

They operate by monitoring your power for problems and will quickly disconnect your applainces the second something is wrong like surges etc
