Pros

They hold up well as it’s impossible to distinguish the old from the new. They are sturdy, sharp and well balanced.

S. Henckels steak knives are made of stainless steel. Designed to work with most silverware sets.

Worth every penny. Great quality.

The second set is high-quality craftsmanship just like the first and identical upon cursory inspection. The tip of the first set is nearly a perfect triangle which is still pictured on the product page as of 24-nov-2011.

The knife is more dense than usual plastic- or wood-handled steak knives. It is as heavy or heavier overall, and has a solid, strong, quality feel.

Cons

The blades are not particularly sharp - they rely on the sawing action of the serrations. The “depth” of the handle is 3/16th inch! Sent back. The blunted tip ones are simply not worth the price.

These are one piece of steel no separate handle

Packaging/appearance

We received 4 for a gift and rounded out the set with these 4

The thin plastic retail packaging inside amazons padded paper bag was a joke

The zwilling box that held the knives was all scraped up torn with three knives in the torn box the other half out of the box

They are beautiful knives but when they arrived the cheap plastic box was broken to pieces the knives were loose out of the packaging
