Also tomatoes, onions and zucchini perfect. Heavy duty and durable. They're expensive for sure but they're sturdy and should last.
If you cook with a gas grill, these are a game changer! I get good uniform heat across my grill (eliminating what was a hot spot) once seasoned nothing seems to stick and cleanup is easy.
Grillgrates provide enough of a temperature gradient to finish cooking the steak properly after the sear. Allows smokey flavor from charcoal to come through, but it keeps the direct heat from charcoal at bay. Easy to clean, gets super hot.

I keep the right side burner on high middle burner medium and left burner off

Temperatures on the grates can be adjusted easily and quickly as aluminum does not hold its heat well

Another observation is that since the heat generates on the grill grate itself and there are little to no flare ups it does not matter if you are grilling on a cheap old grill or a very expensive new grill at the same temperature the grates will perform the same regardless of the grill
