Pros
The outer ring fits perfectly under the rim of the aeropress, ensuring a tight seal and product longevity. My only complaint is that it's a little too thick and getting the aeropress to seal is little difficult.
The coffee tastes great! No loss of flavorful oils. Allows full flavor to flow thru and holds the coffee mud back.
Stainless steel mesh filter works better than paper when using a fine grind. Allows you to top off the reservoir before creating the vacuum.
Cons
You just get coffee flavored hot water and it causes you to overfill the cup. Paid for two, received one, buyers beware!

Ive used paper filters for over 3 years and this metal ones for 2 weeks now and again no difference that i can detect
