Pros

A larger t-plate solves the problem in these scenarios. The amount of settling isn't too extreme. This is a lot easier and faster than taking the door off and fixing the hole.

Holy hannah they work. They work for alignment issues and look presentable. Saved a lot of money using these compared to hiring a handyman.

Two were used in interior doors and two on exterior doors. Used two so far. Both now function flawlessly. Works exactly as advertised!

Cons
