Take foil backed super thin plastic run it through a strip shredder leaving a few inches at the end so it holds together then tape two of these pieces together and thats what this is

I want to give these a 5 star because of how much i loved the effect but they are super delicate and i lost strands just getting them hung up

In my first order the effect on picture background was nice but it had low quality as most of the peel off adhesive came off as we will sticking it to the wall
