How is that possiblethe only thing i can think of is that they are leaving the droppers loose not screwed into the bottle in some type of transit either on some type of conveyor or perhaps disgruntled employees are breaking the droppers
For what im using it for it will work but i think they need to rethink their packaging in order to better protect the droppers
