Pros

These pans are a nice, quality stainless steel. I know that aluminum works better when combined with stainless steel, but ss cleans much easier and lasts better overall. Compraremos más de diferentes tamaños.

Straight edges make for excellent layering. Sides are nice and straight (not angled) for making layered and tiered cakes. Edge is just a bit sharper than i like but again, not a deal breaker.

Cons

Very difficult to remove cakes even after generously greasing and flouring. You seriously have to grease these in order to ensure the cake comes out without the bottom and sides crumbling.
