When i tighten the screw the washer will fall inside the screw hole at an angle and defeat the purpose of the washer

I first received a damage license plate frame so i contacted the seller

There were some problems with the delay in transit and obtaining a pickup code from the amazon locker which are definitely not the sellers fault but the seller was helpful in providing as much info so that i can contact amazon and solve the issue
