Pros
It cooks with confidence on the stove in minutes. It poaches eggs perfectly. Clean up is a snap because the egg cups are non-stick and i do spray each on with a little oil first.
The pan is easy to use and cleans up well. Looks nice with all my other copper cookware.
Cons
I use a plastic coated teething spoon to scoop the egg out yet all the teflon is coming off.
