Pros
The copper bottomed pan gets hot really quickly so it doesn't take long at all to get nice poached eggs. No more exploded eggs with my new one.
Cons
The non stick coating in the cups isn't of the best quality and cooking spray needs to be used liberally. The handle get very hot and you can’t hold it. The lid handle does likewise.
