There are 3 reasons for the four star review instead of 5

First as other reviewers pointed out the unit is relatively large and it can be challenging to fit the outlet and wiring in the box

However unlike traditional outlets the pushin connections are not spring loaded they are tightened by the screws

Finally on one of the four units the tamper resistant tr feature was not functioning properly making it very difficult to insert a standard plug

Admittedly i did eventually get a plug inserted but it should not work this way

Incidentally the first insertion did not “break it loose” this same outlet continues to be a problem each time a plug is inserted

Not recommended for compact spaces or nonendpoint outlet in series
