Pros
The gems are a little smaller than i prefer, however. These are perfectly easy to put on all you do is screw them on. The colors of the crystals are pretty.
Cons
The plastic rod is very small and hard to push into the piercing hole. The gem is very tiny too so it's hard to put into the plastic rod.
