Pros

The iphone 15 will go to usbc instead of lightning so we will need more of these. They charge my devices (phone and tablet) and having a three pack means i've got spares for different rooms of the house. They seem to work just fine though.

Ooouse cables work with all of our 12w (came with ipads) and 20w charging blocks. The conductor pins (for power and data) are not only less shiny than an oem cable (which would impact speed if it’s a lower quality conductor), but also have an addition...  Read More

Cons

These look like pretty much every other plain usb-c tousb-c cable. As a power cable, they appear to be ok, but they struggle to supply enough power to charge a macbook pro. Where this cable really falls short is in data transfer.

I ordered them because im continually finding myself needing more cables especially after all of our holiday visits from teensyoung adults who seem to abscond with whatever cables and chargers arent bolted down

The biggest question with cables like these is how long theyll last but of course i cant speak to durability as of yet

Posted by a reviewer on Amazon

Ill be sure to come back and downgrade this review if the cables end up not having the durability i would expect

All three cables work and i tested them with the iphone 15 and iphone 15 pro model’s

From my observations so far the cables charge and transfer data to my mac as fast as the 1 meter braided apple cable that came with each phone however i have no scientific way of confirming it

Since i’m a cable nerd i want to point out a few other observations… to the bare eye some elements of the cables do differ from the latest braided oem cables in that they have the strain relief and fatter molded jacket reminiscent of the usbc connector of my iphone 13 pro cable

The extra pin could be to keep the cable plugged in tightly or may simply be a pin required for nonapple devices
