We received replacements be sure to follow directions it came with a lot of extra things like cloth for lint and wet rub things to clean the screen before and a bubble get it out thing good protection but too small

My screen protector is great they included it feels like you did not use screen saver only had it on my phone for a few days but looks great and was extremely easy to install provide excellent screen protection nice screen protection im not sure what caused the chip in the screen protector but i am kinda bummed before my mothers cell phone broke down i needed this i accidentally dropped the phone and bounced off the asphalt several times good purchase thank you it did suffer from fulllength vertical cracks but id rather replace the screen protector than the phone screen an excellent saving and shopping convenience
