Dries to a hard slightly flexible hard rubber like texture. Takes a week for a full cure, so plan on that.

Product is excellent for below waterline repairs of fiberglass. Water seepage at the stern joint was stopped. Glued the end cap back on using this.

Cons

M prints a date on the tube. Arrived damaged and unusable. Ruined my pump now out cost of new pump and tube of worthless sealer.

Use a higher volume distributor for the premium price. Don't waste your money on this glue. Be careful with this stuff.
