Pros

Filter is exceptional and installation is easy. Meter detects the movement through the filter rather than most systems that has a battery and pops up on a timer.

The taste of the water is noticeably crisp, and has no weird aftertaste. It removes whatever was making my home water taste slightly off.

Now fills a glass of water in 8. Was using pitchers previously, but was worried about mold, etc. And no bpa.

Took 30 to 45min to install, no leaks or drips, water from faucet has a good flow rate. You will likely need to buy an adapter to hook this up to your cold water tap (it comes with a 1/2 plastic adapter and most people will have a 3/8. The only downsi... Read More

It is very easy to install, and the cartridges are veryeasy to change out. The box had been opened previously and was missing the instructions and some pieces.

Cons

It is garbage and it leaks profusely. The adaptor for the water line is cheap plastic. There was only one 1/4 od tubing, missing another tubing from valve to input. At $252 for 2 filters and a cheap water faucet it is ridiculously over priced.

Terrible installation. Replacing cartridges is very difficult.

That was an additional cost in my case

However i needed a 38 to 38 threaded with a 14 quick connector so i had to buy one for about 15

The water filter package arrived in good condition

The water supply connector in the box is different from what is shown in the instructions
