I use mine in my bedroom on the carpet and this thing moves so little that youwill not know it until you are on it for a good five to six minutes and it moves so little that if you only a half a foot from the wall youwill not even hit the wall

That means you have to travel the entire length of the board to get to the other end board so you can then travel back across
