There were lots of warnings about setting the power supply input voltage before powering on 115v vs 230v so i checked but it was already set correctly

Other things of note the heated bed is a relatively thin piece of aluminum over a circuit board

The aluminum was already covered with kapton so prints adhered well when the bed was preheated and popped off easily at the end of the print
