After running a lot of testing with great success with the hatchbox i knew i needed more black
I just had a chance to print with the black abs filament and it is great quality
Its not bad filament but the quality hasnt been consistent
But with the second spool of black ive had nothing but issues with it

I put a print from the hatchbox next to this one and sure enough
My first 2 rolls were the hatchbox abs black and white

I finally gave up and on a whim got a roll of hatchbox filament just in case i was dealing with something so simple as terrible filament
Im sort of a newbie and started on a flashforge original
After that every print came out nearperfect using my original simplify3d settings

There were so many inconsistencies and i could never get the temperature just right

I have literally run through every possible variable in simplify3d to try to get things right and almost inevitably i would come back 15 minutes later to a ball of abs surrounding my extruder nozzle

Please keep that in mind and stay away from this garbage

You can see the color under the right lighting conditions or if you end up with a really thin layer of plastic that light shines through
