Its a great pen its the first ive bought and it worked i few things id like to point out is the pen is a plug and use not a charge and use another is the filaments are pla and they are a little tangled i found that if you grab one end and uncoil it and recoil kind of like a screw than you can separate them just fine another is i have the hands of a behemoth and i am able to use the pen just fine my little sister can as well it also comes with very helpful accessories like a stand and a tool to remove printed objects from a surface like a plate or paper fun 3d pen
