I cleaned it out but shortly thereafter we noticed that the temperature generated by the nozzle wasnt getting hot enough which basically rendered it useless

I reached out to adroitone and they promptly facilitated a new nozzle replacement which they thought would fix the problem

It could be wireless the cord sometimes gets in the way when drawing with it

We waited and opened the package past the 30day return window unfortunately and it didnt work at all
