Cons
Cable has a faulty connection after 6 weeks of purchase. No way to return as only returnable within 30 days! The cable seems too fragile and doesn't tolerate being curled up like it is in the product picture.

The cable is a nice quality braided type and looks very well made
For what you get for the pricepoint it was a total nobrainer for me
As soon as you remove it from the box the quality is evident

Hdmi does have a limited range and i guess the lesson i have learned is to use the shortest lead possible

The hdmi plug is quite large which might be an issue with some installations

Other lengths are advertised in the same listing but this review is specifically relating to the 1 meter lead

I also used a windows based machine using the usbc port and again it just worked

The only point i would mention is the hdmi connector is quite large

This wasnt an issue for me but if you have limited space available or you dont want the cable to stick out on a device where the hdmi port is close to the end just keep this in mind

The only thing i will say is the protective film is probably better being left on as when i removed it from the hdmi end it has left a horrible glue residue that i had to use glue remover to get rid of
