Pros
No fussing with loose parts, they just click closed and stay closed unless you deliberately remove them. Fits great and hinge seems secure. They snap closed securely too, so there is no worries of losing.
Bought this for my lip piercing. Got no problem with irritation or nothing. Also seems to feel less irritated with titanium over stainless. The only potential con is how tiny they can be, which can make them fiddly to insert and remove.

Cons
The hinged part sits at a weird angle and puts a ton of pressure on the part where it snaps in. Will not clasp correctly. Developed a bump and rough skin in my mouth around it and itchy irritation outside my mouth.
