The cage is great with one exception the lip on the decks makes it very difficult to clean

When i opened up the box i noticed ripped up paper all over the place inside the still folded up cage

I attempted to unfold the cage by myself but two of the metal clamps were completely popped into each other see photos and nothing i did could separate them

The box was a little bent when it arrived so the bottom of the cage on the front side was a little bent as well

I didnt think it was to much of a big deal for the hassle it probably would have taken to get a replacement

The floor besides being plastic is way too shallow for his bedding so he makes a mess all over the bedroom floor
