It works as advertised. Works great and is very easy to maneuver. Does exactly what it is supposed to.

Construction strikes a reasonable balance between stiffness and malleability. It seems to be well made and didn't deteriorate any after use.

Cons

Makes more of a mess then it cleans. Center bristle holder is metal, so not as flexible as what i was looking for. After using this to clean only one radiator it is almost completely worn out.
