Also the edge is not rounded and softened a bit if was made to be exposed

And im glad i waited to cut the hole in the countertop there is just under 1 to work with around the edge so not a lot of room for error

Regular cleaning and avoiding any metals sitting wet on the sink for long periods helps a lot which is why those racks are so critical

Outside of the styrofoam it was packed inside wooden panels which were themselves protected by another layer of foam and cardboard box
