It picks up the most minute sounds and the playback is smooth and clear.
Impressed with the customer service. Well made. Very pleased with my purchase.
Very good and worth every penny. Thoroughly recommended. Would recommend it.
Cons
Poor recording quality, static in all recordings, obviously no noise cancellation. Simply doesn't link up to laptop well. Aren't well labelled. Lasted 2 monts.

I found the instruction manual basic and not very helpful but here are plenty of “how to” guides online which are really useful

After some initial fact finding they believed the device faulty and so sent me a replacement

Some time later i had another issue with downloading which was due to a faulty cable but once again the customer service people were excellent
