I gave it 4 stars because the straw to use to inflate the balloons was too big and sharp

It poked a hole in one of the letters causing it to release air but i was able to put a tape on it and was okay

You do have to use a straw to blow them up so be careful not to let the straw slip inside the balloon

The holes are there to string ribbon through but there’s no ribbonstring present
