However youll see from the attached video photo that there is a very bad leak from beneath the ball lock post caused by poor welding on the underside of the carbonation lid

Clearly this has to be returned as theres no way i can seal such a leak lets see if the replacement is any better as there are some good reviews for this item

So i’m conclusion i have recommended that the shipper puts the lid in a box and not an envelope package

I now believe that the unit wasn’t badly manufactured and that it was damaged in transit as the carbonation post on the original shipment looked as though it had been bent with a heavy weight being dropped on it

Looking at some of the other negative reviews associated with leaking i would say this is a common problem
