You must deal with the gpm output of your pressure washer immediately and for the duration until it punches through only a few minutes but it is really long minutes with all the water and crap coming back at you until it bores a hole through

Work the clog over thoroughly so it drains better then work it back and forth a few times to actually clean out the line
