I just kept turning it over in my hand when i opened the pack
Someone did manage to remove the rechargable battery and fortified came through like champs
Competitiveness
The batteries last for about a week of my 40 minute each way commute and easily recharge with a standard microusb connector
Installation was a little tricky as my handbars are a little fatter than normal handbars
You can charge the batteries with a microusb cable and the specialized tool is ingenious
I know they care for their customers

Im riding a lot better with a couple of beacons that ensure that ill be seen by motorists behind me and wrongway riders ahead of me and with lights that cant be removed by your average bike thief

I emailed them hoping theyd be able to help and got a reply from jason maybe half an hour later telling me that a replacement battery was on the way
