Pros

Simple, delicious and easy to follow recipes. Recipes range from asian and latin rice dishes, to the one-pot meals using nutritional whole grain alternative rices. We have not had a bad recipe yet.

Bought as gift with gourmet rice and cooker. I'm amazed how versatile a rice cooker is. The entire concept is a godsend.

Healthy, simple and delectable is the best combination. Its a great book with tons of good recipes. The focus on really healthy ingredients is really appreciated.

This book accomplishes it all! The author seems to have really done her homework. This book is wonderul.

Risotto with shrimp, orange pistachio pilaf and polenta primavera. Quinoa tabouli, turkey quinoa picadillo and quinoapaella are awesome.

Cons

There is very little vegetarian recipes in this book. This feels like false advertising. Don't make the same mistake. There are no recipe suggestions.
