Pros

Bought these to repair an aging vacuum sealer. Fixed sealing on food saver. Now my machine is back to sealing like new! Includes extra gasket and tape.

The old foodsaver is saved. Now it works good as new. Works like new. Installed new one without a problem. Mine works like a brand new one now.

Measured the old tape before taking it off, 12 3/4. Backing difficult to remove but use razor blade and dental pick to start separating.

Took all my patience so just beware of that. Easy to install, be sure to clean the surface before installing and give it a good even pressure to adhere.

Cons

I have a hard time believing this will fix anyone's sealer if the heat element isn't working. The wires are 19 1/2 long which makes it impossible to work when it's installed. Couldn't figure out how to separate to put on my foodsaver. Would not seal.

Upon closer inspection we could see that the sealing strip had a wrinkle in it so it was leaving a tiny skip in the seal of the bag

The old vacuum packer was hardly sealing
