Pros

Vented lid enables humidity control without removing. The dome is a little on the flimsy side but still seems durable. As a suggestion, i only wish that the domes are a bit taller.

The trays are smaller and sturdier than the trays used in garden centers. The lids have 2 vents allowing you to hold the moisture in or let it out. Bottom tray is very sturdy and holds approx eight standard six pack seed cells.

It is the sturdiest one that i have purchased. Sturdy enough to last a year or 3 but lightweight enough once loaded with dirt. This is sturdy and well crafted.

These are awesome little solariums. Strong enough to be reusable for a few seasons. First planting is black bat orchids, pretty brazen for a first time user.

Keep soil damp while starting seeds. Also keeps a siamese cat out of the seedlings. I wipe out excess accumulated water build up on the lids every day then lightly spray with of water and peroxide.

Cons

Evaporated water naturally condenses on the lid. The lip of the lid is on the outside of the base so the water runs down.
