"i see a lot of reviews of people saying it is a scam, but they are just not using it right. It really does work. Exfoliates dead skin beautifully" "i swear i got some arm work out too while using it. Great for exfoliating.

Clean sponge for your skin, but a much denser material. Wringe the water from the sponge and step put of any direct water and start scrubbing. The skin rolls up and is easy to rinse off.

Cons

Exfoliating gloves are better than this sponge. Even after watching youtube videos on how to correctly use these, no results.
