I have a pair of dress shoes, more like loafers that don't fit tight on one foot i ordered these and helped a lot. Put these on the back side of a piece of fabric then glue the fabric to the shoe which will add cushion and prevent any peeling.
Cons
The adhesive on these pads is *. It looks more like tiny slithers that should go in the back part of the upper heel instead of passing for ur sole.

These do just what i need however for slip on shoes the adhesive is not strong enough so after a short time every time you put your shoe on the top rolls back until it ends up being useless because it sticks to your sock

A little on the small side and doesnt cover the whole tip of my foot but it works greatly to reduce my pain

If they get heavy use they will not last long as they are only made of felt
