All you have to do is rinse out your old cartridge and refill it with this stuff and you're done. Rinsing the used cartridge was a snap. Finally needed to refill the cleaner cartridge.

Reviewer found that when the cleaning cycle was finished, the razor foil was still soaked. If it takes you more than two minutes to shave, the shaver becomes dry and irritates me skin greatly due to the contrast between wet and suddenly dry.
