Perfect it didnt work outstanding first important thing is to by pass ballast
The four pins are independent wires so you need to connect the 110v back and white wires to the correct pins
They explain this well in the pictures
One thing that would be good to add is some sort of marking so you install the adapter the right way so power is in the middle and not the screw
