I had some trouble with the lights and customer service contacted me via email to fix the issue

I think the wires from the battery brokecame loose because i can get them to work with a little manipulation pushing on the battery compartment pretty hard will make the lights come on

received a new set of lights and they all work perfectly must have been a flukethey are light and bright
