Pros

The p10 nasal pillow lasts quite a while, but the straps naturally stretch after nightly use. Fits a bit tight when brand new, adjusts to your head contour after a day or 2 of using it. Easy to use, good stretch.

This comes with 3 replacement headgears. I have 3 so it will be awhile. At this low price, i imagine i’ll replace as soon as it seems to be getting stretched out.

The straps are a little wider by the cheeks and have a slight stronger elasticity. They hold the stretch, and seem to be tighter and more secure then original straps. These headgear straps are exactly as described.

Cons

Strap is way too short and tight. The hole where the nasal strap is going in is larger and therefore it can easily slip of. It fits but it's not the same as a resmed strap. The ends are sharp and irritate your skin.

These are *. They're basically junk already only a month in. Would not recommend. The fit and stretch are not near the factory level.

Don’t let yourself be fooled by the price. It is dishonest. The seller should not be selling it saying it's compatible.

Just an fyi that the product im reviewing here is equivalent to the old version and not the new adjustable resmed headgear
