I love these great for adding height extremely comfortable
They added 5cm to my height where my shoes already added 1 so 6cm in total which i guess makes the product description somewhat accurate

There is a feeling of bounce with these in which means it doesnt feel like the heels are made of concrete

This is marketed as a sort of vanity height insert but thats not why i bought it

Additionally as they are layered the way they fit together means that if you just want to use one of the thinner less height layers it will have big ballsbumps on them and they are not smooth
