Cons

Don't buy this product if you have tpo or epdm roof, it completely bubble up and separate the tpo material from the wood and glue underneath. The nozzle doesn't work. No refund possible as it is considered flammable and cannot be returned.

This product has helped maintain the rubber seals around the windows and plumbing seals within our rv

Teflon spray lubricant has the same lack of longevity issue and graphite really isnt ideal in many applications

I purchased this lubricant to spray on the chain on the garage door opener and it stopped the grinding sound
